How do you currently separate the mail accounts? For which one do you get a mail alert? For which don't you get a mail alert? my own is the main account, but I have the company mail opened as a
secondary. I get an alert for what comes into my own email inbox - but not for the secondary account. So you have 1 Exchange account configured with an additional mailbox? No,
you cannot get a mail alert then in the form of a sound.
