I can recive Emails but cant send
 

Any ides I can recive emails but I can not send and no its not the server
as I can send on my othere computer.

After a look on my crystal ball to get any additional information
about your problem, I guess some solar storms are responible for this.

Have you ticked the "my server requires authentication " box in your
outgoing mail server settings
