Outlook 07 keeps crashing
I was configuring Outlook 2007 and got a popup box asking if I wanted to
synchronise RSS feeds. I clicked Yes, and received a Microsoft message saying that an error had occurred and the program had to close down. I have since been told that I should have clicked No to RSS feeds. Every time I try to open Outlook I receive the same Microsoft message, and have been unable to access any toolbars or the RSS folder to try and remedy the problem. I send off error reports and the program automatically shuts down. I have no control over it, or access to it. Can anyone help me please? -- ckita27 |

Hi Brian,
I do hope you get to read this, because you 'saved the day' for me. I was so impressed by your instructions, which were concise and to the point, that I looked up your profile. You really are the 'Outlook Expert' aren't you? I am most grateful that you solved my problem so quickly and easily, and once I did what you suggested I saw the logic of it immediately. Thank you again. -- ckita27 "Brian Tillman" wrote: ckita27 wrote: I was configuring Outlook 2007 and got a popup box asking if I wanted to synchronise RSS feeds. I can't tell wither this is heart-felt praise or sarcasm, but in the end, it doesn't really matter. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
