Problems with Security Alert during Outlook email mail merge.
I am using mail merge to send email messages to about 400 subscribers. When I
complete the merge and send it I get a security alert saying 'a program is trying to send email on your behalf' I then have to allow that and then I have to allow each and every email. I have tried turning off the warning in Programmatic System in Trust Centre (I had to run Outlook as an administrator to change it) then it doesn't give the warning but it doesn't send the emails either. When it is set to to give a warning about antivirus satus I get a Valid status. Is there anyway that I can turn off the warning as the mail merge is useless if I have to actually allow every email? Thanks. |

Who would have thought it was as simple as change mail format to HTML.
Working perfectly now. "Lynette" wrote: I am using mail merge to send email messages to about 400 subscribers.
