extracting email messages out of Journal

Hi All,
Can anyone please advise me as to whether it's possible to extract email
messages, which have been journalled, back into a mail folder within Outlook
2003 - and if so, how ? I need to do this on a large batch of journal
entries so that an archiving prog can pick up the original email messages.
