rescan inbox for junk mail

Hi Guys,

I have just added an imap account to outlook - The inbox is full of spam.

Is there a way to re-process all the messages with the outlook junk mail
filter and move all the junk email out to a different directory?

If you just added the account, Outlook should process the messages if you
select the Inbox.
