Outlook from
I have users out in field with Exchange mailboxes. They use the
exchange server as their smtp and pop server in the Outlook profile. When they send an email, in other users inbox, the from column shows as their email address. Where can I change this, either on the client or the server so that email shows up as their real name. I've changed it in about as many places as I can find (in outlook and on the server) to no avail. TIA |

What does their display name show as in contacts? And why does it matter?

Why are they using pop/smtp and not cached exchange?
