Auto response from an account set up in my public folder

I have created and access to another e-mail account in my public folder that
is for my employees email me with request and concerns. This is in my regular
Outlook account. I am trying to create an auto response to answer the
senders that the info was received and I will contact them. How can I do
this? Thanks
