What does Outlook 2007 Safe mode do specifically?
I have certain features that don't work unless I run Outlook in SafeMode. I have disabled everything in the Trust Center, and still I don't get the same results as in Safe Mode. What else does Safe Mode do? Thanks! |

If I were to try to recreate a "fresh install" minus deleting my profile, is
there a way to do that? I have tried disabling all addons, etc. but it does not solve the problem. Thank you "Brian Tillman [MVP - Outlook]" wrote in message ... "ChinaLamb" wrote in message ... What is the problem?
you don't need to delete the current profile- just make a new one to test outlook and see if the problem still occurs. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. The problem is a minor one.
When I go to create an HTML Signature, the pictures don't show up at all when I copy and paste, or select the insert picture button. It works when I am in safe mode, but not outside of safe mode. I have disabled all addins that I know of, and I think I have deleted and recreated the templates as well... Can't think of anything else that would be interfering with this.. I am using Kaspersky antivirus. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... I have the same problem. My pictures will only display in the reading pane
if I am in safe mode. In normal mode I must open the email then go to settings and uncheck display place holders, for every email. This just began happening last week. I have tried everything. Please tell me how to get me pictures back. thanks Byron "ChinaLamb" wrote: The problem is a minor one.
