Default Copy Contact

Office 2007 - I have a company listed in my contacts. I want to duplicate
the information for two individuals within that company and show them
separately. How can I copy all of the information and just change the name
so I don't have to retype the other extensive information I have on the
company's contact listing.

Any reason that Actions New Contact from Same Company doesn't do what you
want?

Actually Russ there is a reason it didn't do what I wanted .... I didn't
know it was there (until AFTER I posted my question) !! But maybe you can
answer another question: If I have a contact in my Contact List A and also
want to have it in Contract List B, how can I copy it to the second list ?
(Hope the answer is as simple as the first part.)

R click and drag from one folder to the other. You'll have the option either
to copy or move said Contact.
