fun toolbar

This seems to have found it way onto my tool bars (cursor mania, webfetti,
etc) for Outlook and Outlook Express. I can't seem to get rid of it, even
when I go to options or tools.

It is only on the send screens

Any thoughts

It was installed as part of something *you* installed, such as a screensaver
or other program.

That is Malware and I doubt very much that it installed with Comcast. Post it to the group that Lanwrench recommended. Cursor Mania for sure and most probably webfetti also
