I have all my old emails from an old computer running Outlook which I
saved to disk and they're MSG. files. How can I open/import them to
Microsoft Outlook so they show up there and I can open them

you can open them on any computer that has outlook installed - they don't
have to be in the pst.

to get them back into outlook just drag and drop.
