Outlook 2007 - Synch w/Exchange 2003 - Stuck at 95+%

Close Outlook. Delete the .ost file. Then open Outlook and let it rebuild
the mailbox

Milly -

Thanks. I have done that and it started to pause again a few hours later.
I am not sure what is going on. I have several other employees with the
same configuration, so it must be unique to my machine. I have disabled all
the non-ms add-ins as well.

Mail still receives and sends but the progress meters get backup at 95%.

any other ideas?
