How do I compose a letter to a contact?
 
I am a new 2007 user (migrating up from 2000) and cannot locate the New
Letter to contact that was a choice in Outlook 2000.

That option was removed from Outlook 2007.

You do it in Word. Add the Addressbook icon to your QAT....
