Outlook 2007
I want the deleted items to be cleared on closing Outlook 2007.
I have ticked the appropriate box for that to happen, but it isn't happening. -- Caba |

Is Outlook closing properly? Next time you close it, open Task Manager and
see if OUTLOOK.EXE still appears in the list of Processes. If so, something (possibly an add-in) is keeping Outlook open and that's why the deleted items folder isn't being emptied. -- Jocelyn Fiorello *** Messages sent to my e-mail address will NOT be answered -- please reply only to the newsgroup to preserve the message thread. *** "Harry Merkur" wrote: I want the deleted items to be cleared on closing Outlook 2007. Perhaps Outlook isn't closing properly. Use Task manager's Processes tab to see if OUTLOOK.EXE is gone. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
