I changed from outlook express to office outlook but i keep getting a message
telling me to rinstall metamail. How do i do this

Metamail is not part of Outlook Express.
Metamail is not part of Outlook.
Guess you'll have to ask whomever makes the Metamail product that you
installed.
Search Google. It'll be the first match.
