Date format changed
I'm using 2003.
The date at the top of the daily calendar only shows 10/23. How can I change it to show the day of week also? The Regionl setting for this computer is good. Thanks. |

What is the format of the long date setting in Control panel, Regional
settings? That is what controls it. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. I thought the default was day of week and date.
That's what I'd like but when I tried to customized the date setting in the Regional it didn't have a day of week option. Thanks. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote in message ... That's a typical short day format.
See http://www.xsolive.com/Outlook%20Scr...orm.aspx?ID=61 for the typical long date formats. If the date format you want does not exist is not listed, type it in. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
