I've just started playing with an eval copy of Outlook 2007 and have
never used an exchange server. I want to try the combo. What should I
look for when picking a service that offers Exchange accounts

Are there any license limitations to using an eval version of Outlook
with exchange?

You get what you pay for... be wary of cheap accounts. The acct will
include a license for and copy of outlook. There is no restrictions with
eval copies. If your eval copy is part of office you'll have a few more
features, compared to the standalone version that comes with exchange.
