clip art grayed out
 

Outlook 2007, version 12.0.6316.5000 SP1, email format is HTML

clip art is grayed out for new messages but is there for replies.

I've searched the web but can't find an answer, I did find somebody else
asking the same question but no fix.

any help?

do you have outlook as part of an office suite or standalone? (you need the
office suite)
