Put a checkmark to Leave a copy of message on the server in Outlook.
Presuming it is Outlook 2003 Outlook\Tools\Email Accounts\Change\More Settings\Advanced -- Peter Please Reply to Newsgroup for the benefit of others Requests for assistance by email can not and will not be acknowledged. Presuming it is Outlook 2003 Outlook\Tools\Email Accounts\Change\More Settings\Advanced This does work, but you must be aware that eventually the mail space on the server will fill, and you'll need to delete messages there. It's sometimes good to also use the "x" number of days control underneath "Leave a copy of the message on the server" checkbox. 2-3 weeks is often sufficient, depending on the space available and the volume of mail. -pk -- Peter Please Reply to Newsgroup for the benefit of others Requests for assistance by email can not and will not be acknowledged.
