selecting tex
 

i have just downloaded 2007 Office Outlook. When in emails and creating new
emails, I cannot select text using the mouse. I cannot use the mouse either
to move around the email.

Do you have the hand icon? You have panning enabled. Click the little hand
in the upper right to toggle it.
