Screen Stays on Top
No, there are no check boxes and no right-click option.

It occurred to me that this problem started around the time I installed the
up-dated ShareO software, so I wrote to them about the problem. I thought I would pass their response on in case others were having similar issues: "This is a known Outlook problem, because sometimes it sets itself as "on top" window, and all other windows go behind it. This would be happening with or without our software. However, you could try to start Outlook.exe with /cleanprofile option. Close MS Outlook, right mouse click on Outlook shortcut and add " /cleanprofile" at the end of target field. Try to start MS Outlook, it will not load because of that option.
