Outlook: save HTML message into a single HTML file?
Hello,
I am using outlook 2007 at work. Is it possible to save HTML messages as ONLY an HTML file, and not an HTML file associated with a directory containing "associated files"? I don't care about saving pictures or other items included in the message, I only want to save the message html text into a single html file (preserving fonts and text formating). How can I do it? (PS: this was done in Office 2000) Thanks! |

No. Outlook 2007 can only save with the extra folder or save as an MHT. If
you rename the file after its saved you can delete the extra folder. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
