Is there a way that I can associate several email addresses with one CONTACT
name so that, when I put the name into an email address line, several addresses will automatically appear. It seems that for email1, email2, etc., the name must be clicked on for once for each address. Thank you. |

Is there some reason you can't use Outlook's autocompletion feature?
You can also use autoresolution by typing part of the name and hitting Ctrl-K. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "its_my_dime" wrote in message ... I think it still means that I have to click on the name in more than once.
Supposing Bill Smith always wants email to his HOME and OFFICE and SUMMER HOME and SON's adddress for ALL of his email. If I type in TO: Bill Smith, I think I still need to click on four separate Bill Smith names to do this task. Is there a way to get ALL of Bill Smith's email addresses to line up: billsmith @ 1 ...; billsmith @ 2...; billsmith@ 3...; billsmith @ 4; in the TO box witth a single click? Thank you.
