Uninstalling / reinstalling does nothing to data, that been said its
unlikely to cure the problem any way.
Locate scanpst.exe, a hidden file, and run it against your outlook data file
(possibly named outlook.pst)

Then reset the win options to not reboot on err, that way you will get the
full msg on the BSOD screen, which may help in diagnosing the problem

Office 2007 does not have that size limitation, unless maybe you upgraded
from Office 2002 or earlier and are still using the same data file.
Have you run scanpst.exe?

Reboot options, assuming Winxp
StartControl PanelSystemAdvanced TabStartup & recovery Settings Untick
automatically restart
