Uninstalling / reinstalling does nothing to data, that been said its
unlikely to cure the problem any way. Locate scanpst.exe, a hidden file, and run it against your outlook data file (possibly named outlook.pst) Then reset the win options to not reboot on err, that way you will get the full msg on the BSOD screen, which may help in diagnosing the problem "bill" wrote in message ... from Office 2002 or earlier and are still using the same data file. Have you run scanpst.exe?
