Franz Thank you for your reply. I can create Outlook Stationary with 2003 but is not a option with 2007. Instead you have to buy FrontPage with 2007 to create stationary unless you have another suggestion. |

Courtesy of Diane Poremsky MVP: save HTML - either created in outlook or an html editor and place it in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Stationery use it by going to actions, new message using... more stationery. or set it as the default in tools, options, mail format, stationery. |
Outlook 2007
You need FrontPage to create and modify themes, but not stationery. Any HTML
editor, even Notepad, can be used to create an .htm file and save it in one of the locations where Outlook looks for stationery.
