Send as bcc. No one will see the other names or addresses. Also, if they're
listed in your contacts, there should be an option to "display name as". Just make sure the email address isn't inlcuded. "LarryH" wrote in message ... And how do I "show" the full internet address when forwarding E-Mails,
which I received and the recipients are not in my address book, so that I can't use "display name as"? Carlo |

If I send mail as bcc then about half of all recipients ISPs send it to the junk folder. They assume it is spam. The solution is to use mail merge. Davy |

You can't show it in the message without cut/paste. Before replying, double-click the name in the address field. That will bring up an "E-mail Properties" dialogue that will display the address as well. Copy it from there for insertion into the reply. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
