How can I send an email to a distribution list without the entire list being
displayed in the TO line of the email? Thanks!

Use BCC. You should be able to find it in a new email under View.

Send the message to yourself, and put the addresses of the people you
want to receive it on the BCC: (blind carbon copy) line.
