Outlook 2007 on Win7
I installed Outlook 2007 on Win7 per my CEO, brave huh...?
When she opens an email, the email duplicates itself in the Inbox. When she re-sorts(like received time), the dup goes away. She does have 1.2 GB OST file. Do you think this is causing the problem or something else...? Thanks, Tom... |

Any 3rd party things installed that index, scan, sync, .etc Outlook data?

NO, I keep no add ins in Outlook as it causes problems...

I used the video drivers that came with the Windows 7 install.

Did you upgrade from an older version or do a clean install? If an upgrade,

I'd try a new profile first. You don't need to delete the old one - just
