importing e mail addresses from excel
I have an excel file with contact details and email addresses in a list,
ie column a = name, b= e mail address, is it possible to import this into outlook so they are usable directly to address mail....ie contacts/address book etc.....thanks |

#1 - From File Menu - Import/Export proceed accordingly (click on Map
Custom Fields to ensure that the fields are correctly assigned. #2 - For Email Address - select Email Address (sub element of Email) to map to #3 - If you don't have or are not familiar with Excel "Named Ranges" - save your worksheet as a CSV file and import that instead Follow the above and you should have absolutely no problems getting your data into Outlook.
