Profile Setup
I am setting up 9 profiles in outlook all connecting to exchange server. When
any user picks their profile, they can see and navigate around the mailbox before they enter their password. How can I make it where the mailbox is not visible until the password for the exchange server is entered? |

Profile Setup
When you create the profile, for each one under the Advanced Tab in
Microsoft Exchange Settings switch the logon network security from NT Password Authentication to None. Also, when you open the first email profile in Outlook go to Tools Options Mail Services and check the radio button to prompt for a password to be used. After this is done, each user should be prompted for a username, password, and domain when they double-click Outlook. I assume you're setting up 9 Outlook profiles under one generic NT profile.
