receiving error code 0x80040605 when accessing outlook 03
I had a pop up which asked me to 'repair or remove' to continue access to
email. First I tried repair and it did nothing. Next I hit remove now I am receiving error code 0x80040605 and can not receive any messages and have lost all emails I had as well as the personal folders I had created.

Are you saying you removed Outlook? In that case no wonder you can't receive
messages. Do you still have the Outlook icon? It really would help to know exactly what the pop up message said. Also, the type of mail account you have and version of Outlook, and whether or not you uninstalled it would help. -- Kathleen Orland "MacTaggart" wrote in message ...
