How do I find and delete an Outlook personal mail folder?

I upgraded to Outlook 2003 on a computer that I bought from my employer. I
want to use Outlook 2003 to access internet email and sync with my
Smartphone. I'm not on a network or Exchange Server at home. When I run
Outlook after the install, it says that it's migrating my settings. It then
says an Exchange Server is unavailable, and I click "work offline". Outlook
then asks for a password to my personal mail folder. Since I can't remember
the password, I click Cancel, and Outlook quits.

I don't need access to my old Personal Mail folder. I just want to set up
Outlook from scratch and use it for email and contacts.

Tools--Email accounts--View or change existing e-mail accounts
Remove the existing accounts from the list

You may want to find the .pst file also, if one exists, and remove (or keep)
that.

Thanks, William; however, I can't even get in to Outlook: it quits when I
click Cancel.
