Just installed OfficeProPlus2010 on a new PC.
The first email account I setup was an Exchange account - No problem(cached mode). Now, I am trying to setup a POP account and want to deliver the messages to the OST (like in Outlook 2007) but have not found how to do that. Do I have to create a PST for that POP or is there an option I haven't seen? Thank you, Bob |

Nothing to set as it should behave like pervious versions where
POP3/Exchange go to the default delivery location and IMAP accounts get their own PST file. "Robert Serna" wrote in message ... Just installed OfficeProPlus2010 on a new PC. With 2007, once an Exchange account was created with cached mode (using an
OST file) then when adding a POP account you could just choose the delivery to be that OST. It seems now, you have to actually create the PST for the POP, then once setup go to the account setting options and change the destination folder. Thanks, "neo" wrote in message ... The default delivery for any POP account you create will be the Exchange mailbox, whether Cached Exchange mode or not. It is never the OST. If you work offline, the OST will substitute for the mailbox until you reconnect. You cannot choose an OST as the delivery location. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
