Tracking tab is missing

Okay, I have read Diane Poremsky's answer. I don't know what RTF format
means. I receive the messages that my e-mails have been delivered and/or
read, but there is no tracking tab on my sent message. Regardless of whether
I have received a notification yet or not, the tracking tab is NOT THERE.
Why is that? How can I fix it?
