I'm trying to change from Incredimail to Outlook 2003 All of the setup for

No error message, so Outlook is polling the incoming server correctly?
You've confirmed the incoming servername is correct? "Paralax2" wrote in message ... I'm trying to change from Incredimail to Outlook 2003 All of the setup for outlook works OK however I no longer receive any incoming mail in my Inbox. Send does work OK. I do not have any error messages. |

Thank you William,
Yes to both of your comments. When I run "test account settings" in Outlook, everything tests OK (ticks) then the MS Office Outlook test message email appears in Incredimail's Inbox, not Outlooks Inbox? MS Office Outlook test message email appears in Incredimail's Inbox,
Oh... lol...I assumed you weren't trying to use them at the same time. If they are both accessing the same POP server then whoever gets there first wins unless you configure at least one client to leave a copy on the server: Q: How do I receive email messages in IncrediMail and a second email client? http://www.incredimail.com/english/h...eonserver.html "Paralax2" wrote in message ... Inbox not receiving incoming mail
Thank you again William,
Alas, I followed the directions to leave a copy on the server and then sent a test email through Outlook. It came into the Incredimail Inbox but not my Outlook Inbox. I uninstalled Incredimail, then sent an email to myself via Outlook and nothing was received in Outlooks Inbox. When I reinstalled Incredimail, a backlog of mail came into Incredimails Inbox. Nothing has come into Outlooks Inbox throughout this whole exercise!
