No address book can be found ??
I just set-up a new pc for a customer. I used intelli-move to transfer data
and settings from the old to the new pc. Now, when I click on the address book I get the following. The address list could not be opened. The contacts folder associated with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or disabled, or you do not have permissions. For info on how to remove this folder from the Outlook address book, see Outlook help. Now, Outlook works fine on the old pc. There are about 20 contacts that show up on the new pc, but nonw show up in the address book It appears that all the data files transferred over to the new pc.. How do I correct this situation ????? |

What, pray tell, is that? Sounds to me like you simply forgot to configure the Outlook Address Book for your customer. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Bob" wrote in message ...
