I have an Outlook Express question.
I am running Windows XP Media edition and have established 4 user accounts (for example: mom, dad, Bob, Joan) that have been used for the past year. I recently had to re-format my “C” drive. I did have it backed up to a second hard drive “E”. I have used the srandard Backup utility that comes with Windows XP Media edition OS. The question is where do I look to find all of the old e-mail and contacts for each of the different user accounts so that I can restore or copy them for the backup drive to the newly formatted “C” drive. I trust that the path where I copy them from “E” drive would be where I need to copy them to on the “C” drive. After re-formatting I have the same 4 user accounts but they are empty. Appeng |
