I'm sometimes stuck at a location with only dial-up capability or AOL
Broadband. How do I configure Outlook to send outgoing mail through the AOL
portal? I can receive mail fine, just can't respond to anyone or initiate a
message in Outlook. It just sits in my Outbox and I receive a message that
the connection to my server has been interrupted.

AOL only has config info for receiving AOL mail in Outlook, not for
configuring Outlook to send email through the AOL portal. My problem is that
I cannot send Outlook email when I have to do it through AOL.

Unless I'm missing something in the "open mail" page on AOL . . .

Thanks, Hal, but it looks like these links tell me how to open AOL in
Outlook, not how to send Outlook messages through AOL. I sometimes only have
access to AOL Broadband, so I have to first launch AOL and then Outlook. I
can receive Outlook messages but not send them when I'm hooked up through AOL.
