I have two profiles - one that checks my exchange server email at a client
site and then one for my personal mail. In the Mail setup I have "prompt" for profile to be used and that used to work - until I clicked on the options when getting into outlook that said "use as default". Now they both go into the same profile - the default profile but I can't see where I can change it back to prompt me. I looked in the Mail setup in the control panel and the profiles are still set to prompt, but they don't. Outlook 2003. thanks. |

It's possible that Outlook is not shutting down completely, so you can't restart it with a different profile. Do you see this problem even after you restart Windows?
