A customer has none of her e-mail in her pst files with any headings, so cant
easily find anything. How can she reset to 4 lines and headings globally in outlook rather than doing it file by file? Is this possible? Thanks Chris |

Could you explain just what you mean by "headings" and "4 lines"?
