Outlook 2002 keeps crashing
 

I'm using Outlook 2002, part of the Office XP Pro suite. Ever since I
installed it on my new PC, it keeps crashing. I'll be typing an EM, it will
shut down Outlook, and then come back up again, and USUALLY my EM is there
but sometimes I lose the EM I was working on. Also, sometimes when I click
on send/receive, it will go immediately, and other times, it just hangs up
and never sends or receives, so I hit cancel, close Outlook, come back into
Outlook, and then it usually goes right through. I'm using Verizon DSL.

I'd start with a new mail profile.
