From OE to Outlook 2003 - Can't receive all emails
 

I have imported OE into Outlook. Everything seems fine including POP/SMTP
configuration. However, both the Hotmail and the POP accounts pull only one
or two emails a day into Outlook. I still have to go get the other hundred
others or so from OE. I have disabled Norton Internet security but this has
no effect. I seem to be able to send emails okay. This has happened on two
separate computers. What to do?
