Beta 2007 Outlook and Desktop Search

I think it was while installing Outlook 2007 Beta that my existing version of
Windows Desktop Search was uninstalled and reinstalled. I do know it was
while installing Office Beta Suite. I can no longer locate same. Also it is
not in ad remove screen. Cannot reinstall as system states I have current
version. Please Help

Outlook 2007 uses the WDS 3 beta engine which needs to be installed
separately. WDS 3 has no UI as yet. You need to wait for that to be able to
use Desktop Search by the methods you are used to.
