Outlook live not importing and exporting
 

When doing an import or export my newly downloaded outlook live error comes
up saying to re run set up in order to configure outlook porperly but after
doing this with the cd, a message comes back saying all items are installed
and nothing has changed, the same error appears. Is there a way to fix this
without uninstalling everything and starting over?
