cannot print e-mails

After many years of printing complete e-mail messages, I suddenly cannot
print any. All I get is the black line at the top and a blank sheet. How can
I rectify this?

Type of account?
Does the message format make a difference? HTML, Plain Text, Rich Text

cannot print e-mails

This is outlook 2000 and it is a personal account. Will not print in any
format, but will print attachments
