Can outlook be configured to start minimised in the system tray at windows
startup

Add a shortcut to Outlook in the Startup folder in your Start Menu. Set the
shortcut properties to start minimized. Note that this will only work when
Outlook is closed in the Normal window state. When Outlook is closed in the
Maximized state it cannot start Minimized.
