Outlook configure
 

I am trying to configure Outlook so that it downloads my Yaho.com e-mail, or
sends messages for that matter.
The message I receive back when trying to send a message is:
Task 'The Richards: Folder:Inbox Synchronizing headers.' reported error
(0x800CCCF4) : 'An unknown error has occurred. Please save any existing work
and restart the program.'

I don't have a clue on how to import my email into Outlook
