My previous outlook was corrupted and managed to save the files. The problem
is after I have reinstall the entire outlook 2002 and imported the data back into the system, I notice that there duplicate folders. Each time I delete the other folder, the rest of it gets deleted. Do you know why and how I can resolve this ? Thanks |

Never import a PST file. You've corrupted your profile.
Create a new profile and just open your PST file. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Kim Sang Yong" wrote in message ... My previous outlook was corrupted and managed to save the files. I had the same problem. Russ, I thought importing the PST file is the proper
way to convert to unicode. Is that not correct? Doug "Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]" wrote: Never import a PST file. You've corrupted your profile. That will allow you to change PST file formats, but will invoke all the
problems that importing PST files causes. Do what Brian posted instead. -- Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook] "Doug" wrote in message news ![]() I had the same problem.
