Hi,
I have to solve a problem with outlook. We uses Outlook2003 and one
particular user have problems with opening email. When he try to open an
email he gets a sand glass. Not all the time but often.

You didn't provide us with information to work with like;

Type of account?
Message format?
Are you running a virus scanner that integrates with Outlook?
Are you running any add-ins?
Do you get the same behavior when using Outlook safe mode?
